Q: Can you briefly introduce Intradin Group to us?
Jacky Lei: Intradin (Shanghai) Machinery Co., Ltd. is derived from the Chinese words "Shi You Er Shang," meaning "excellence and commerce." We are committed to research and development and the production of tools and equipment. We have four manufacturing bases in Shanghai, Huzhou, Qingdao, and Taizhou, with a factory area of over 100,000 square meters. By introducing the latest technology and independent innovation, we continuously improve product quality and brand image, providing a comprehensive product line and ODM services to global customers.
Our products and solutions are widely used in the production and manufacturing fields of the automotive aftermarket (4S shops, repair shops, and automotive maintenance chain stores), automobile manufacturers, commercial vehicle and engineering machinery manufacturers, reducer manufacturers, air compressor manufacturers, injection molding machine manufacturers, and other industries.
Q: Efficiency, energy-saving, and reliability are key to transmission equipment. How do your company's products and solutions solve the difficulties and pain points of industrial users in the production process? Which key customers have you served? Could you share a successful case with us?
Jacky Lei: Whether it is "Industry 4.0" or "Made in China 2025," they have brought us an intelligent future information. In the process of achieving intelligence, the stable operation of equipment is crucial. Intradin attaches great importance to product quality, relying on the experience of exporting products overseas and combining the Chinese market, we strictly control quality at every level to ensure stable and efficient product operation.
In the field of power transmission and control technology, the customization requirements for each production line are very high. This means that we need sufficient technical capabilities to meet the different needs of customers. Standardizing non-standard requirements is a unique ability of our R&D team and pre-sales team.
The key customers that Intradin has served are well-known domestic and foreign reducer and gear transmission factories, as well as intelligent reducer factories.
Q: Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party Central Committee has implemented the new development concept and has been steadfast in pursuing the path of ecological priority and green, low-carbon development. It has focused on promoting the comprehensive green transformation of economic and social development. Has your company made any adjustments to its industrial structure? How have you achieved the "dual-carbon" target?
Jacky Lei: Green transformation is a social responsibility that every enterprise should fulfill. Intradin attaches great importance to this issue. We start from the source of the industrial structure, analyze which links can be adjusted, and then implement them in every practical place. First, in the production of raw materials, we use environmentally friendly water-based paint. Intradin is a non-polluting factory, which not only does not pollute the environment but also improves the working environment for employees. Second, for hazardous waste water treatment, the group has invested millions to build a sewage treatment station, which reduces 7,000 tons of sewage discharge per year, and the sewage discharge standard reaches the national level 1. Finally, for the efficient utilization of renewable energy, our Huzhou production base has a distributed photovoltaic project that officially started grid-connected power generation in May 2022. Using the roof of the factory building, we installed new energy generation equipment, promoting the clean energy supply.
